OTHER SERVICES

Initial Vacuum Service:
One hour minimum charge, including set up time. Additional time measured in 30 minute increments after the first hour. Generally, the initial vacuum service does not take place on same day as pool opening. Pools with excessive algae and debris may require brushing, backwashing, filter element cleaning and additional chemicals before pool is clear enough to power vacuum. These pre-vacuuming visits will be billed at $85 plus the cost of chemicals.

Summerize Heater and re-install tray:
Clean out the inside of Heater of webs and debris. Install the tray and ignite. Inspect Heater for function & safety.

Initial Chemical Treatment:
Through the use of the highest quality chemicals such as algaecides, sanitizers, clarifiers and balancers we will get get your pool clear for vacuuming and swim ready. Follow up treatments may be necessary depending on condition of pool at opening.

PLEASE NOTE:
Prior to our arrival, it is the customer's responsibility to see that the electricity to the filter is on, all water is removed from the pool cover and that the pool is filled to the proper operating level (mid-skimmer). If a return call is necessary to start up the pool, it will be billed at the hourly rate of $90 per hour. Pools are not cleaned or vacuumed at time of opening. Most repairs cannot be made at the time of your pool opening. If you require repairs or new equipment, be sure to contact us far in advance of your desired pool opening date.
